Referral Form
T&Cs - This referral programme is open only to current BRB Temps workers who are actively registered and eligible to work. Referrals must be authorised by a consultant upon submission.
The referred worker must be new to BRB and must not have previously been registered, worked for, or been in contact with BRB within the last 12 months.
The referral must be submitted before or at the time the worker registers with BRB. Retrospective referrals will not be accepted.
BRB Recruit reserves the right to determine whether a referral is valid.
The referred worker must be successfully placed into employment through BRB Recruit and continue to be employed by the client for more then 3 months to be eligible for referral payment.
Referral payment will only be made after the referred worker has completed the 3 months in their new employment.
Referral payments are non-transferable, have no cash alternative, and cannot be exchanged for other benefits.
BRB reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the referral programme or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
All referral claims are subject to verification, and BRB Temps’ decision is final in all matters relating to the referral programme.
